Frustrated by Slow Results?

A lot of pastors overestimate what they can do in a short time and underestimate what they can do over the long haul. – Alistair Begg

How many times have we, as leaders, been frustrated by slow results? It has happened more than once to me. I try to inspire, lead, and equip people, but it is like I am spinning my wheels. It seems like no matter how much I preach or teach on a topic, nobody seems interested! Too many times, when we hit those times, we give up too quickly. Even though we might not be able to accomplish what we wish in the short term, if we are faithful, we can make some real change in the long term. Remember… DON’T QUIT!
